Under maintenance for months. Trying to order a part (delivery to UK) and keeps showing padlock on "continue" button and cannot go any further (alhough they ask for detail to register yourself) They need to clarify what's going on. Brexit and Covid are not a real excuses now. Are we gonna blame still for Icelandic volcanos years back??

Looks good but can't order - website makes it seem like they're just down for maintenance.

I ordered a brake calliper for my car. Their Irish website said its for the passenger side. it arrived for the right hand ( drivers side ). i then ordered another via the phone. the operator assured me this is for the left of the car. online it says 'drivers side' but its a European part, so the correct side. WELL YET AGAIN IT WAS NOT. i ordered it on 16 Feb 2021. It only arrived here on 4 March after i had to chase them - 18 days!!! . ANT ITS THE WRONG PART AGAIN. RH side again. Every time i am expected to pay for the new part. Despite sending the other part back on the 16 Feb, i have STILL not received a refund.
How STUPID can they be to use passenger and drivers side when these parts are for cars from the EU and from UK/Ireland where this has the opposite meaning.

ive been trying to place an order-wont add some items to the basket some wont add. website appears to be only half working ? maybe its suspended due to issues with delivery from europe? an explanation would be nice on the home page to customers

Could not place my order. When you click continue at complete checkout nothing will happen.

Have been trying to place and order on the site for ages now, but I geg to the checkout and it won't pass to the payment bit. it just loops round on the checkout page, will have to shop elsewhere, a shame as mister auto are the the best out there.

companys like this should be taken to court for obtaining money by deception saying that they are uk based company that by paying over 7 pounds for small items to be deliverd express then takes over a week to deliver the item words fail me never again ps still waiting for item

Needed some Yaris boot struts very expensive but bought from mister auto great price and cheap delivery no hidden charges either have bought other things and you knowe there genuine parts as it's a big motor group behind them

You will get your money's worth, believe me! I bought my oil filter there and I was able to repair my car. No disappointments on my part. Thanks!

Very misleading company on there auction site it states the item is located in Coventry UK but somehow takes 4-5 days to ship it out so another 4-5 days in transit assuming they are in Coventry, which sad company in this day and age takes 5 days to process a order, I can travel around the world in less time then this and by the way most UK based companies deliver next or within 2 days.

This is a 100% authentic .. never usually leave reviews.. however having read some mixed reviews on line . I had a go .. hought a fly wheel clutch set .. it was the wrong part.. totally my fault .. my mechanic pointed out i needed dual mass not fixed .. the description clearly stated fixed.. I explained to customers services my mistake .. they sent me instruction and pre paid return slip.. they received it and sent me a refund..cant say no fairer than that .. ..

Ordered a part online for my car. The listing said it would fit my engine spec. Had to pay for Hermes to deliver even though it would have gone in a small envelope.
Part arrived after a few days. Dismantled parts under the bonnet only to discover the part supplied didn't fit!
Called customer service who then charged me another £5.95 to return the part. Customer service suggested another part ans said it would fit. Ordered and again had to pay for Hermes to deliver.
Waited another 4 days, dismantled parts under the bonnet again and surprise surprise this didn't fit either.
Had to pay another £5.95 to return the item. So now I'm £11.90 down and still not fixed the car and the purchases still haven't been refunded.
Checked on Amazon. Found the correct item on there for £10.50 + free delivery and free returns. It arrived the next day and fit first time.
Lesson learnt. Avoid Mister-Auto unless you want to be ripped off.
Just cannot understand how they have reached such a high rating on here.

I cannot fault this company at all. I bought a window regulator but it didn't fit. I emailed them and they arranged postage and accepted it back no bother. They communicated promptly with me throughout and it definitely seems they are one of the good sellers on eBay.

they are better than euro carparts as they seem to get any part you want except for one time they sent me the wrong brake pads they also claim to sell new parts and sometimes they are reconditioned and they are not the same although they may claim they are as good as nem buy the expensive one

Do not expect to get your delivery on the date they tell you. Both my items arrived late on different dates. You cannot blame the courier as they never received the items until 4 days after you informed me they had been dispatched. You cannot blame COVID as many many other companies manage to deliver on time. Will not be ordering from you again. Had to rebook my mechanic 3 times. No response from customer service.
I would advise people to purchase elsewhere or wait weeks. Absolute joke!!!! AVOID!!!
